Our latest flooring installation in East Leake included a combination of tartan carpet and LVT flooring.
Carpet Details
The carpet selected was Midas Tartan and was fitted to the lounge stairs and landing. All fitted on Plushwalk 10mm underlay. The Midas Tartan is part Thomas Whitters Stress Free Collection thanks to it being one of the few ranges they offer made of 100% Stainclear Polypropylene. This makes this range bleach cleanable, and family friendly. This superb range is suitable for heavy domestic use and with the stunning designs available, it will stand the test of time in both style and finish.
Chrome threshold strips were fitted throughout.

The hallway was fitted out in luxury vinyl tiles. First, we boarded out the floor using 6mm marine ply, then the LVT’s were installed. Cavalio’s CONCEPTLINE range was used was selected in the design Vintage Oak.
